Summer Intensive · 3–5 August 2026
The Intensive
Two halves a night — refine your technique at the barre and in the center, then ground it in contemporary movement and build choreography together.
A warm-up rooted in standard classical training. Barre exercises to open your range of motion, then center work to find your own movement quality.
Grounded movement through Horton, Limón and Cunningham techniques — creating choreographic material together.
Three evenings · 3–5 August · 19:00–22:00 at Studio Aakash. Ballet shoes for the classical work, socks for the contemporary.
